    • Live-in/live-out nanny placements
    • Personal chefs
    • Housekeepers
    • Domestic staff
    • Estate managers
    • Newborn care specialists
    • Special needs caregivers
    • Personal assistants

This is just the start. We’ll help you fill any household position.

  • How do I start the process of hiring a nanny or domestic staff?

To get started, simply get in touch with us through our website. Our fully staffed team is available to talk to you. We can schedule a free consultation to discuss your specific needs. Let’s talk about how we can help you!

  • Are there any upfront costs or registration fees?

No, there are no upfront costs or registration fees. You will only pay once a candidate accepts your offer and all background checks have been completed and accepted.

  • What qualifications do your nannies or domestic staff have?

We make sure all our nannies and domestic candidates complete a thorough screening process. This process includes:

    • Virtual interviews with our team
    • In-house references checks
    • Background checks
    • Job verification

Candidates must provide us with a license, picture, resume, and any other relevant certifications. During the placement process, we will present you with a file containing all this information for your review.

  • Can I hire a nanny or domestic staff member for full-time, part-time, or temporary positions?

Yes, we will work with you to find candidates for any type of position. This includes:

    • Full-time
    • Part-time
    • Summer care
    • Temporary placements

It’s all based on your needs. We’ll find flexible, vetted candidates to meet your needs.

  • Can I choose the nanny I want?

Of course! We will work with you to understand your needs, and then we will present you with vetted candidate files. You can interview the options to determine the right one for your family. All clients have an account manager. Your account manager will facilitate the process from start to finish.

  • What kind of background checks do you conduct on nannies?

To ensure the most accurate and extensive results, we work with a full-service pre-employment screening company that uses the most cutting-edge technology. With our checks, you’ll see all misdemeanor, felony, and federal crimes. We’ll also check sex offender databases. To complete the check, we use the candidate's name, date of birth, and social security number across all states where the candidate has lived and worked. We will even check all associated addresses and driving records for the most expansive results!

  • When do you run background checks?

We will wait until the offer letter has been signed by the candidate and the client. Then, we will have the background check company complete the check on your behalf. The offer letter is always contingent upon the successful completion of this check.

  • What rate of pay do you recommend for our area?

Pay rates are controlled by your local market, and this is beyond our control. We’ll provide recommendations based on your current market rates and past positions we have filled. However, we respect your budget and never post a pay range without your approval. You are also welcome to review our website’s open jobs for pay ranges posted in your area.

  • What if I’m not satisfied with the candidate I hired?

It is our goal to have all our clients and candidates completely satisfied. If the fit isn’t right for any reason, please contact us within the specified timeframe in your service agreement. We’ll start working on a replacement right away. We stay connected with you even after the placement to ensure your complete satisfaction.

  • How do we pay our new employees?

Compensation will vary based on your preferences and the candidate’s preferences. For the best results, we recommend using a nanny or domestic payroll service. We will be happy to connect you with one. Please note that we don’t monitor how you pay your staff.  We simply provide the tools and resources you need to make educated decisions. We are a referral and placement agency, but we recommend taking the compensation for your workers seriously. This includes ensuring overtime pay for live-out employees working over 40 hours a week.
