The team at the agency are first rate. Jenn Sherr, our advisor for the search, is especially competent. She listens carefully, understands the needs of the client, and responds with care and accuracy. Ms. Sherr took our assignment to find a nanny especially qualified & experienced to work with a ten year old severely disabled child. She found the perfect person in less than 4 days; then made sure that both the nanny and the parents acclimated well. Ms. Sherr stayed in touch and was available 24/7 during the first two weeks of the engagement. Beyond Ms. Sherr the agency stands by its mission, has an appropriate replacement policy should the hire not work out. I highly recommend the agency and Ms. Sherr especially.

Jess was super helpful, clear in her responses and easy to work with. Jenn was such a fantastic resource for our family right when we needed it. She is so dependable and trustworthy and instantly oriented us to the new and unfamiliar process of finding a caregiver.
